Purpose of Alumni Membership
The Alumni Membership under Vijigisha is designed to:
- Create a strong academic mentorship network.
- Provide structured guidance to students preparing for higher education and competitive examinations.
- Facilitate experiential learning through alumni interactions.
- Strengthen institutional visibility through alumni achievements.

Eligibility Criteria
Alumni membership is open to:
- Graduates and postgraduates of PCCoE.
- Alumni pursuing or having completed higher studies (M.Tech., MS, MBA, PhD, etc.).
- Alumni preparing for or qualified in competitive examinations (GATE, GRE, CAT, UPSC, MPSC, PSUs, etc.).
- Alumni working in academia, research, industry, government, or civil services.
Membership shall be subject to verification of credentials.

Categories of Alumni Membership
3.1 Alumni Mentor
- Provides academic and career guidance.
- Conducts mentorship sessions (online/offline).
- Assists in exam strategy and preparation planning.
3.2 Distinguished Alumni Advisor
- Qualified in national/international competitive examinations.
- Provides high-level strategic guidance, mock interviews, and motivational sessions.
- May be part of advisory board (non-executive).
3.3 Alumni Resource Partner
- Supports with internships, industrial exposure, networking opportunities.
- Facilitates collaborative academic initiatives.

Registration Process
- Submission of Alumni Membership Application Form.
- Submission of professional details and area of expertise.
- Acceptance of Code of Conduct.
- Approval by Faculty Coordinator of Vijigisha.
Membership validity: 3 years (renewable).

Roles and Responsibilities
5.1 Academic Mentorship
- Conduct minimum one session per semester (online/offline).
- Provide exam preparation strategies and resource guidance.
- Guide students on higher education applications and documentation.
5.2 Ethical Representation
- Maintain professional integrity.
- Avoid promoting unauthorized commercial coaching activities.
- Represent PCCoE and Vijigisha with dignity and transparency.
5.3 Documentation Support
- Share verified achievements for institutional records.
- Provide testimonials and experience reports when required.

Code of Conduct
Alumni members shall:
- Maintain professional and ethical standards.
- Avoid political, religious, or personal promotional content during sessions.
- Ensure interactions remain academic and career-focused.
- Respect institutional policies and student confidentiality.
Any violation may result in suspension of membership.

Conflict of Interest Policy
- Alumni associated with coaching institutes must disclose affiliation.
- Promotional activities must receive prior institutional approval.
- Financial collaborations, if any, must be routed through official channels only.

Alumni may contribute through:

Alumni members may receive:
- Official appreciation certificate from PCCoE.

Termination of Membership
Membership may be terminated in case of:
- Misrepresentation of credentials.
- Misuse of institutional platform.
- Ethical misconduct.
- Non-compliance with institutional guidelines.

Amendment Clause
These rules may be revised with approval from the Principal and the Faculty Coordinator of Vijigisha, PCCoE.
Alumni Enrollment Form
This form is intended for alumni of Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering who wish to contribute as mentors, advisors, or resource partners under the Vijigisha Cell. The objective is to create a structured mentorship ecosystem supporting students aspiring for higher education and competitive examinations
